Service Description

In accordance with Ministerial Order No. 002/2021 of 08/02/2021, which establishes the procedures for conducting a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), proposed policies, plans, and programs must go through a systematic process to assess and address the environmental aspects and consequences before any decision is made. This ensures sustainable development while considering environmental protection.

Eligibility Criteria       

The SEA process is considered complete when the following conditions are met:

• Submission of the SEA Report

• Terms of Reference (ToR) as set out in the regulations.

• Inclusion of Adequate Mitigation Measures
