Abacukuzi b’amabuye y’agaciro biyemeje gukosora amakosa bakoraga atera iyangirika ry’ibidukikije

Abakora mu rwego rw’ubucukuzi bw’amabuye y’agaciro mu Rwanda bihaye umukoro wo gukosora amakosa bakoraga mu bucukuzi, biyemeza gukora umwuga wabo mu buryo bwubahiriza itegeko rigenga ubucukuzi n’irerengera ibidukikije.

Babitangaje kuri uyu wakabiri tariki 01 Kamena 2021, ubwo hasozwaga amahugurwa y’abakora mu rwego rw’ubucukuzi bw’amabuye yagaciro yari yateguwe n’Ikigo cy’Igihugu cyo Kubungabunga Ibidukikije (REMA) ku bufatanye n’Ikigo gishinzwe Mine, Peterole na Gaze mu Rwanda (RMB).

“Hari ibyo twajyaga duhuriramo na REMA cyangwa RMB tukagonganiramo kubera kutamenya amategeko, ariko batweretse icyo amategeko avuga baranbiduhugira, ubu tugiye kwisubiraho dushyire mu bikorwa ibyo itegeko rivuga kugira ngo tutazongera kugongana”

Abakora mu rwego rw’ubucukuzi bavuga ko hari amabwiriza menshi ajyanye n’ubucukuzi batubahirizaga kubera kudasobanukirwa, bavuga ko byaba byiza bagiye babona amahugurwa kenshi kugira ngo banoze neza umwuga w’ubucukuzi.

Amahugurwa yasojwe kuri uyu wakabiri yageze ku bahagarariye amakompanyi y’ubucukuzi bw’amabuye y’agaciro bo mu ntara zose z’u Rwanda n’umujyi wa Kigali.

Umuyobozi mukuru wa REMA, Juliet Kabera, yavuze ko REMA yateguye ayo mahugurwa kugira ngo yereke abakora umwuga w’ubucukuzi ibyo badakora neza kugira ngo babikosore.

“Turabashishikariza gukoresha ikoranabuhanga mu bucukuzi kuko bituma batangiza n’ibidukikije. Umuntu iyo arangije gucukura ahantu aba agomba kuhasubiranya akabona gutangira gucukura ahandi, adasize ibinogo bishobora guteza iyangirika ry’ibidukikije n’izindi mpanuka”

Turabasaba gucukura bubahiriza itegeko ryo kurengera ibidukikije n’andi mabwiriza agenga ubucukuzi kuko iterambere rirambye tutarigeraho twangiza ibidukikije” uku niko umuyobozi mukuru wa REMA abisobanura.

Umuyobozi mukuru wa RMB, Francis Gatare yashimye ikigo REMA cyateguye ayo mahugurwa, anashimira n’abakora ubucukuzi bayitabiriye kuko azatuma bakosora ibyo batakoraga neza.

Yagize ati “Turashimira REMA yateguye aya mahugurwa. Baba bavuze bati aba bantu aho kubahana reka tubigishe barusheho kumenya ibisabwa mu mwuga wabo no kubishyira mu bikorwa. Kubungabunga ibidukikije ni inshingano zacu, tugomba gukora ubucukuzi tureba kure, tudatekereza inyungu z’uyu munsi gusa”

Ati “Hari ibikorwa byacu dukorera mu ndani kandi hari iziba zidakomeye, hari izoroshywa n’imitingito inkingi zikajegera, tugomba kuba maso tukajya duhora dusuzuma aho dukorera kugira ngo twirinde impanuka”

Amahugurwa yari amaze icyumweru, akaba yaritabiriwe n’abahagarariye ibigo by’ubucukuzi bisaga 120 byo mu ntara zose z’u Rwanda.

Ikigo REMA kivuga ko n’ubwo mu gishinzwe gukurikirana ishyirwa mu bikorwa ry’itegeko n’amabwiriza yo kubungabunga ibidukikije, icyo gishyize imbere atari uguhana, ahubwo ari ukwigisha abantu kugeza bumvise akamaro ko kubungabunga ibidukikije, aho binaniranye akaba ariho ibihano bitangwa.
