Toni zisaga 10.5 z’amasashi zafashwe zinjizwa mu Rwanda mu buryo butemewe

Amapaki asaga ibihumbi 70 y’amasashi yo gupfunyikamo yafatiwe mu ntara y’Amajyaruguru mu bihe bitandukanye yinjizwa mu Rwanda mu buryo bunyuranye n’amategeko.

Ayo masashi apima toni zisaga 10,5 yafashwe ku bufatanye bwa Polisi y’u Rwanda n’izindi nzego zirimo Ikigo cy’Igihugu cy’Imisoro n’amahoro n’ubuyobozi bw’inzego z’ibanze.

Kuri uyu wakane tariki 03 Gashyantare 2022 ayo masashi yashyikirijwe Ikigo cy’Igihugu cy’Ibidukikije (REMA) nacyo kiyashyikiriza uruganda rwa AgroPlast Ltd kugira ngo ruyacagagure mbere y’uko anagurwa agakorwamo ibindi bikoresho bikoreshwa inshuro nyinshi.

Ayo masashe afashwe mu gihe ikigo REMA gikomeje gukora ubugenzuzi bugamije kubahiriza ishyirwa mu bikorwa ry’itegeko ribuza ikoreshwa ry’amasashi mu Rwanda.

Umuntu uranguza amasashe n’ibikoresho bikozwe muri pulasitiki bikoreshwa inshuro imwe ahanishwa ihazabu yo mu rwego rw’ubutegetsi ingana n’amafaranga y’u Rwanda ibihumbi magana arindwi kandi ayo amasashe n’ ibyo bikoresho akabyamburwa.

Naho umuntu ucuruza mu buryo butaranguza amasashe n’ibikoresho bikozwe muri pulasitiki bikoreshwa inshuro imwe ahanishwa ihazabu yo mu rwego rw’ubutegetsi ingana n’amafaranga y’u Rwanda ibihumbi magana atatu kandi ayo masashe n’ibyo bikoresho akabyamburwa.

Ubuyobozi bw’ikigo REMA burashimira inzego zose zigira uruhare mu iyubahirizwa ry’iri tegeko, bukanibutsa ko amasashe atemewe bushishikariza Abaturarwanda gukoresha ibiyasimbura.

Bamwe mu baturage bamaze gusobanukirwa ububi bw’amasashe bemeza ko abatarumva ububi bwayo bakwiye guhindura imyumvire, nk’uko bivugwa na Mwiseneza Adrien wo mu murenge wa Cyanika mu karere ka Burera.

Ikigo REMA kivuga ko abantu bakwiye guhindura imyumvire ku buryo bwo gupfunyika, kuko mu gihe amasashi acyinjizwa mu gihugu mu buryo butemewe bizakomeza kuba imbogamizi mu kugera kuri gahunda z’iterambere rirambye.
