Rema Yatangije Gahunda Ifasha Abaturarwanda Gutunga Ibikoresho Bikonjesha Bizigama Umuriro

Kigali, Rwanda : Ku wa 31 Mutarama 2022 - Kuri uyu wa Mbere tariki ya 31 Mutarama 2022, Minisiteri y’Ibidukikije ibinyujije mu Kigo cy’Igihugu cyo Kubungabunga Ibidukikije (REMA) yatangije Rwanda Cooling Initiative's Green On-Wage (R-COOL GO), gahunda izafasha abaturarwanda kubona ibikoresho bikonjesha bizigama umuriro kandi bitangiza ikirere.

Abakozi bujuje ibisabwa, baba bakora mu nzego za Leta cyangwa abikorera, bashobora gusaba inguzanyo muri banki ziri muri iyi gahunda, bakabasha kugura ibikoresho bishya bikonjesha byujuje ubuziranenge bwashyizweho na Minisiteri y’Ibidukikije binyuze mu Kigo cy’Igihugu cyo Kubungabunga Ibidukikije (REMA), ku bufatanye n’Umushinga w’Ishami ry’Umuryango w’Abibumbye ryita ku Bidukikije witwa United for Efficiency (U4E) n’ikigo cyitwa Basel Agency for Sustainable Energy.

Kuri ibi, Umuyobozi Mukuru wa REMA, Juliet Kabera yagize ati: “Ibikoresho bikonjesha kandi bihendutse ni ingenzi mu gutuma Abanyarwanda bagira ubuzima buzira umuze. N’ubwo dushishikariza abantu gukoresha uburyo bwo gukonjesha karemano usanga n’ubundi ikoranabuhanga mu gukonjesha rikenewe. Uyu munsi, tunejejwe no gutangiza ku mugaragaro uburyo bushya bwo kubona ibikoresho bikonjesha bizigama umuriro kandi bitangiza ikirere”.

Umuyobozi Ushinzwe Ibikorwa by’Umushinga U4E, Brian Holuj avuga ko gahunda yo gufasha abaturarwanda kubona ibikoresho bikonjesha bizigama umuriro ; “ari umusaruro wo guhuriza hamwe ubumenyi n’ubushobozi bw'inzego za Leta, ibigo by'imari, abacuruzi, sosiyete sivile n'abafatanyabikorwa mu iterambere, yaje ije kwihutisha gahunda yo gukwirakwiza ku isoko ibikoresho bikonjesha bigezweho kandi bikaboneka ku giciro giciriritse.”

Ibi kandi bishimangirwa n’Umuyobozi Mukuri w’Ikigo BASE, Daniel Magallon, wateruye agira ati: “R-COOL GO irerekana ko u Rwanda ari Igihugu kiza ku isonga mu gushyira mu bikorwa imishinga y'ubucuruzi igezweho ifasha Abanyarwanda kugabanya amafaranga bakoresha bagura umuriro w’amashanyarazi no kuzamura ubukungu bw'urugo binyuze mu gukoresha uburyo bwo gukonjesha bubafasha kuzigama”

Daniel Magallon yakomeje agira ati: “Inzego nka REMA, EnviroServe, Banki ya Kigali na GT Bank zatanze urugero rwiza mu gukemura ibibazo by’imihidagurikire y’ikirere mu Gihugu. Iyi gahunda dutangije none iragaragaza imikoranire y’inzego za leta n’abikorera mu gukemura ibibazo bibangamira iterambere ry’abaturage. Ibiganiro mu kureshya ibindi bigo by’imari n’abacuruzi birarimbanyije.

Itangizwa rya R-COOL GO ni intambwe y’ingenzi mu gushyira mu bikorwa intego z’iterambere rirambye zishingiye kuri gahunda ngari y’Igihugu yo gukonjesha [National Cooling Strategy] yashyizweho nk’uburyo bwihariye bwo kugenzura ishyirwa mu bikorwa by’amavugurura ya y’amasezerano ya Montreal yabereye i Kigali mu mwaka wa 2016.
